This restaurant, with homemade cuisine, specialises in horse meat and grilled meat and fish is served on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The starters offered by the restaurant are sliced game, foal and pork. First courses are typical for the area around Venice: bigoli (thick pasta) with a duck sauce, pappardelle with wild boar or horse, ravioli (an old recipie from Cittadella) with butter and sage (or a red sauce). Examples of second courses offered are sliced beef or horse with rosemary, fillet of horse or beef, mixed grill (chicken, pork, beef, horse). Not forgetting game: venison, wild boar, hare, and game birds including pheasant.

As for fish dishes, the menu is varied and assorted starters include: shrimps with pink sauce, octopus salad and emperor’s black rice. Pasta dishes: spaghetti with lobster and cream sauce, linguine with shellfish and bavette with crabmeat. Second courses: grilled salmon, sole with herbs, fried seafood (minimum 2 people), small squid with polenta, sea bass with thyme, sea bream with juniper berries.
