A twin town agreement was signed in Washington in July 2006 and the student exchange between sister cities – Nova Prata in Brazil and Noblesville in the United States, enabled three young students to visit the U.S. in 2009.
They experienced the hospitality of the families and a different way of life, with the aim of building more far reaching international relations.
In 2010 three students from Cittadella had the chance to visit Nova Prata in Brazil and listen to the immigrants’ stories in a place where people are strongly committed to staying in touch with their homeland.

In July 2011 Cittadella was pleased to welcome both Brazilian and American visitors.
